Anniversary Sale Info
If you haven’t heard, Nordstrom’s biggest sale of the year will be here next week! This is my favorite sale of the year because you can buy brand new items for fall that will be heavily discounted. Think boots, jackets, handbags, denim and all things fall. This is the best time to get big ticket items you might not otherwise purchase- think birthday and Christmas gifts! – as well as staples that will carry you through fall and winter.
Dates You Need to Know:
- July 11 – Early Access for Level 4 Nordstrom Cardholders
- July 12-19 – Early Access for all Nordstrom Cardholders – Basically this is the group you want to be in. Tons of items sell out during this time frame and not everything restocks unless there is a return somewhere in the system. If you don’t already have a Nordstrom Credit Card, you can sign up here!
- July 20-August 5 – Nordstrom Sale open to the public!
How To Shop:
- Browse the Catalog early! They will have WAY more than whats listed here but this is a great way to prepare early!
- I would start by going through your fall and winter clothes and see what you NEED to buy. Think staples: booties, denim, cardigans, shirts for layering, jackets/coats. If there are items you know you need for the upcoming cold weather season, make a list and add those items to the top.
- Set a budget! You don’t NEED everything and you will better navigate if you have a list and a budget.
- Go through items and pick out Christmas gifts you can get for family, friends, and ones you can get for yourself! (I typically buy all my own presents and doll out to family as it fits their budgets of what they typically spend. That way you get what you want, and it’s far enough away it’s like a surprise when you get it then 😉
- If you live near by a store, buying online and picking up in store is your best option. You can pick up a few hours later and your items will be reserved for you! Nordstrom does have fast + FREE shipping but with the volume of sales they are about to get hit with, if you have a store close by, buy online and pick up in store!
