Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 12 oz can creamed corn
  • 1 12 oz can whole corn (drained) or fresh
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Put the milk, flour, salt, pepper, and sugar in a shaker to mix
  • Mix the corn, butter, and egg mixture
  • Combine the two mixtures
  • Roast on high for 9 minutes (in the microwave)
  • Stir, rotate halfway
  • Roast another 8 minutes
  • Cover & let sit for 10 minutes
