Puppy Chow

Ingredients
  

  • 9 cups crispy rice cereal squares we used a mix of Corn & Rice Chex
  • 1 1/2-2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate slowly over low heat, stirring
  • Add peanut butter and mix together until smooth
  • Pour Chex into large bowl
  • Remove sauce from heat and pour over cereal 
  • Stir until coated (a large spatula works well for this)
  • Pour the coated cereal into a large plastic bag, pour powdered sugar over the mixture, and shake until well coated. 
  • Open the bag, and munch away!
  • Store leftovers (if there are any!) in airtight container (like the bag you used, unless you want to use something a bit more fancy).
