Cheddar Bacon Pull Apart Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16oz can biscuit dough
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  • Line muffin tin with removable liners or spray with non-stick spray.
  • Chop the biscuits into 1-inch pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine biscuit dough, cheddar, bacon, chives, and butter.
  • Toss together so that the biscuits are evenly coated with the fixings.
  • Divide the biscuit mixture evenly into 8 portions and place in a muffin tin.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown and puffed. Serve!
